See below for our residential offerings, alarm systems, security cameras, and monitoring, built around your home, not a one-size-fits-all package.
Security alarms protect Phoenix-area homes against theft and property damage. Every install starts with a real walkthrough of your home, not a generic sensor package, so entry points and blind spots actually get covered.
Security Alarm
Installing a camera system deters criminal activity and provides real evidence if something does happen. Recorded and monitored video, viewable from your phone, for your whole property.
Security CamerasEvery home is different, so every system is different. Most Phoenix-area homes end up with some combination of the pieces below, chosen during the walkthrough based on how your home is laid out and how your family actually lives in it.
Small wireless sensors on exterior doors and accessible windows report the moment one opens while the system is armed. They are the first line of a home system and the part most likely to catch a break-in at the point of entry.
Motion detectors cover hallways and main living areas, the places an intruder has to pass through even after getting past a door or window. Placement is planned around pets and how your family moves through the house.
A Qolsys IQ Panel 5 touchscreen sits at the center of the system. Arm, disarm, and see what's happening at a glance, with every sensor, camera, and smart device reporting back to it.
See who's at the door and what's happening in the driveway or side yard from your phone. Cameras run in the same app as the alarm, so there's one place to check everything.
Security CamerasSmart locks, thermostats, and lighting run through the same Alarm.com app. Lock the door you forgot, adjust the temperature before you get home, or turn on lights while you're away.
When an alarm trips, our central station is notified right away and works through your contact list, dispatching police or fire when it's real. We do not sell or subcontract our monitoring agreements.
A local AZ Alarm team member walks your home with you, looks at entry points, layout, and how each space gets used, and recommends a system around that. You get a clear estimate, with no surprises between the walkthrough and the invoice.
Our own technicians install the system. Before they leave, they walk you through the panel and the app so everyone in the house knows how to arm, disarm, and cancel an alarm.
Once the system is live, it's monitored around the clock. If you ever need service, you make a local call to a live person, not a national call center.
How much does a home security system cost?
It depends on the size of your home and what you want covered. AZ Alarm gives you a free quote after a walkthrough, so the price reflects your actual home instead of a generic package.
Can I control my home security system from my phone?
Yes. The Alarm.com app lets you arm and disarm, get alerts, view live and recorded video, and control smart locks, lights, and thermostats from anywhere.
Who installs the system?
AZ Alarm's own technicians. They are direct employees, not subcontractors, and every one holds a Sheriff's card and passes a drug test before employment.
Who monitors my alarm?
A central station monitors your system 24/7/365. AZ Alarm does not sell or subcontract its monitoring agreements, so the company you call is the company that installed your system.
Do I need an alarm permit?
It depends on your city. Phoenix requires an alarm permit, and other Valley cities set their own rules on permits and false alarm fees. We go over what applies to your address during the walkthrough.
How do I avoid false alarms?
Training is the biggest factor. Every install ends with a walkthrough of the panel and the app, and keeping your emergency contact list current helps the monitoring center reach you before anyone is dispatched.
Tell us a little about your home and a local team member will follow up, no obligation.
